Bloom Carroll got just what they needed with a bounce back victory in game two of a three way double header with a 9-2 victory over Newark Catholic. Junior Tyler Sorg pitched 5 strong innings giving up only 1 run on 3 hits and striking out 3. The Bulldog offense got going early with a first inning home run by Sophomore Roger Danison, who had 3 RBI's on the game. Bloom Carroll put the game away in the 5th inning with a 5 run outburst with two run double by Senior Steven Baker, RBI double by Danison, and a two run triple by Junior Jarrett Peters.
