The Bulldogs got the season started on the right foot with a 12-0 win over rival Liberty Union. The Bulldogs got a very strong pitching performance from Senior Steven Baker who went 5 shutout innings before giving way to Sophomore Corey Stanley for the final two. The Bulldogs were paced at the plate by Jake Newton's 3 hits and Jarrett Peter's HR and 3 RBI's.
