The Bulldogs opened league play with a 5-4 victory over league rival Canal WInchester last night. Bloom Carroll survived some sloppy play in the field with some timely hitting by Seniors Levi Fetherolf and Jake Newton as well as solid pitching from Sophomore Corey Stanley and Senior Steven Baker. Stanley threw 5 strong innings in his first career start.
