Summer Wrestling/Open Mats
Lancaster will have summer practice during the days listed below. It is open mats and will be freestyle wrestling. You should go as often as possible.
April Dates: 20, 22, 27 & 29 from 3:30-5:30
May Dates: 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 25 from 3:30-5:30
Nelsonville-York will hold Freestyle and Greco open mats Starting Sunday March 20th 7:00-8:30, Tuesday and Thursday 6:30-8:00 for info contact coach Yinger at ny_myinger@seovec.org or call

Also Pickaway county open mats are scheduled to start on April 6th from 6-8pm. The 1st night will be at Logan Elm, then it will rotate to Teays Valley, Circleville, and Westfall. Let me know if you have any questions.
You need to attend something on this list. Grab a buddy, new wrestler or old and go check one of these out. The Pickaway County open mats are a great option and if anyone wants a ride email or text me and we'll arrange it.
